Holiday MAGIC 2016 last week a blast!

Thanks to all the mamas who joined us for
this live event to help you stress less  +
have more FUN this season.

Weren't able to join us live?
Here's the essence of Holiday MAGIC 2016.

#1 Set your intention of what you DO want this season.
What's your goal, hope, wish,
or intention for the season?

Now take your intention,
and add "I choose" to it.

Shannon Meade
 was on the call
to share this tool with us.

For example,
my intention this season is

"Simple LOVE."
"I choose Simple LOVE."
Power!!

#2 Download Your To-Do List:
Get that holiday list out of your head,
and onto paper to ease your stress levels.

#3 Focus on what you LOVE +
Let GO of the rest.

Now look at your holiday list,
and
put a STAR next to everything
you are most excited

-- or that aligns most with your
Holiday MAGIC intention.

Schedule these activities
FIRST
 to jump-start your
holiday merry-making
in alignment with what you want most.

Now, this is my fav part:
Cross off 1-3 activities that are just NOT
going to happen this year.
Send them off with a sweet goodbye,
and NO guilt.

Holiday madness liberation
to create more room for
what you DO want.

Thanks again to all who made
Holiday MAGIC 2016 so very...
magical.

And if you missed Holiday MAGIC 2016,
be sure to sign up for
my next free online event

-- POWER to the Parents 2017.
A whole week of positive parenting
to jump start + accelerate the power
of YOU in the New Year.

Sending SO much Holiday MAGIC
your way!

All the best,
Megan

    Mama Megan

Hi friends,  I write from the heart to tell my life story, and the story of those in my neighborhood called life. Research shows that our children's emotional & mental health is contingent upon us parents being able to tell our life story, or "coherent narrative."  This is my coherent narrative, my life story in the making, with some of what I love in life too. My goal is to share my life in a way that is real, uplifting & positive- sometimes serious, sometimes fun. In my practice, I inspire parents to empowerment through reclaiming our life stories and learning respectful discipline. My work is my offering to our children- our future. Wishing you all a happy family!
