I love this time of year.
I'm a December baby.
I love the power of the holidays
+ the power of setting our sights on the next year.
All happening side by side.
This is the Christmas season
I've done the least amount of our usual holiday traditions.
It's all good.
Even though honestly, I'm feeling slightly incomplete.
And the parenting guilt wants a free ride on my shoulders.
But I'm saying no thanks.
I got this.
It's a simple holiday season, that's all.
That was my intention from Holiday MAGIC 2016.
"I choose Simple Love."
And so it's been.
All I can do is harness the positive potential of life as it is.
That's all we can ever do, right?
Because as a mama,
my creative energy feels finite.
And my energy is going forward
over the Christmas trees
--- and into 2017!
This is the year, mama.
We're going to do it.
We're going to rock it,
and make profound + simple things happen.
This is the year we're going to truly enjoy our lives.
Whether it's to...
* stop the yelling or power struggles
* feel energized again
* get out of stress cycles
* build your community (it takes a village)
We're going to live on top our worlds in 2017.
Tomorrow I'll share what I've been working on
instead of my usual holiday magic traditions.
So excited to share with you.
And my 3 day flash sale to
Wrap Up Parenting Power
So you can get top-notch,
in your home for 2017.
Lots of love,
p.s. Sending you all so much Holiday MAGIC! So you can enjoy the Simple Love + Beauty around you today, and always. Wishing you peace + acceptance
of your life as it... the greatest gift on earth. See you tomorrow!
Hi friends, I write from the heart to tell my life story, and the story of those in my neighborhood called life. Research shows that our children's emotional & mental health is contingent upon us parents being able to tell our life story, or "coherent narrative." This is my coherent narrative, my life story in the making, with some of what I love in life too. My goal is to share my life in a way that is real, uplifting & positive- sometimes serious, sometimes fun. In my practice, I inspire parents to empowerment through reclaiming our life stories and learning respectful discipline. My work is my offering to our children- our future. Wishing you all a happy family!
